We have room blocks available within walking distance to the reception venue. We recommend staying there and booking early as there will be limited number of rooms and availability. We have negotiated these special rates and secured these rooms for your convience to ensure you get to enjoy yourselves at the reception. If you need to cancel or change your plans, please let us know before you cancel directly with the hotel to avoid any penalty fees.

There will be limited parking available at the ceremony site, we encourage everyone to carpool and uber. The reception site does not have parking but has street parking available. Because it is a holiday weekend, we encourage everyone to Uber as street parking may not easily available. You may park in public lots close to the venue or at the designated room block hotels and walk over.

The attire is formal/black tie preferred. Black tie means floor length gowns for women and tuxedos for men. Formal attire is below the knee dresses and classy jumpsuits for women, and suit and tie for men. Military members are encouraged to wear their SDBs or Blue Dress Mess uniforms.

There will be no children (yes, that includes babies) allowed at either the ceremony or the reception. Please be respectful to the bride and groom and do not ask. There are no exceptions.
